Since the introduction of disease-modifying therapy, or DMT, in the early 1990s, the population profile of patients with MS has changed. On average, patients are now younger than before, with lower levels of disability. Conversely, there is also a greater proportion of elderly patients with comorbidities. How should the MS care team adapt their approach?
